81% Pale Malt
10% Sugar - I'd go with brown as it might add soemthing to the flavour.
5% Wheat
4% Dark Crystal
Magnum to 18 IBU at 60 mins
Perle to 9 IBU at 45 Mins
Fuggles at 10 Mins about 0.5g/l
Styrian at 10 Mins about 0.75g/lLast year's used Hersbrucker, POR and Cascade. I think that was a better beer, but it could have been the length of time it had to mature. The current version has been released earlier so perhaps isn't as well rounded as a result. Continue reading ...
